How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
* Processing takes up to 7-14 business days not including the day you ordered.
* Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once the product has been shipped, after 3-4 business days (processing time).
* All hair is pre-ordered! Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. After you have received your tracking number, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.
Can I Make Changes to my Order?
* Because we strive on processing and shipping out items as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered or cancelled once payment has been completed.
Can I Get Samples?
* No, we do not offer samples.
Do You Offer Refunds or Exchanges?
* All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds or exchanges.
* Once packages are dropped off at the post office, we no longer have control over the items, please contact Canada Post for further details once you receive the tracking number.
